The ELC champions the principle that embracing diversity in leadership drives success for corporate America and global enterprises. This belief is grounded in research demonstrating that diverse, well-managed teams yield better results.

Building on over three decades of success, The ELC’s strategic vision reflects a collaborative effort among stakeholders to prepare Black leaders for evolving economic, business, and societal landscapes. ELC programs and events are inclusive and welcome participants from all backgrounds with an interest in these topics.
