Donor Privacy Policy
The Executive Leadership Council respects the privacy of all donors. The Executive Leadership Council uses its best efforts to safeguard personal information and has policies and procedures in place to protect donor privacy for both online and offline donors.
Use of Personal Donor Data
Individual donor information is used by The Executive Leadership Council for organizationally related purposes only. Personal information that you submit to The ELC will only be used to process the transaction(s) you request, for our internal use, and to contact you about The ELC events and information. Donors may request that their gifts be anonymous by contacting The Executive Leadership Council.
Release of Information
On rare occasions, The Executive Leadership Council may be legally required to disclose information. The ELC does not share, sell, rent, market or otherwise disclose individual donor information to any third party (such as contractors or vendors) for non-ELC purposes, unless required by a court order, subpoena, or other legal/regulatory requirement.
