Scholarship Opportunities
Through the generous support of our corporate partners, The ELC continues to expand its scholarship programs to support the academic success of more than 100 college students in 2025. Scholarships are awarded to college students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership skills and a commitment to community service.
Program Overview
Scholarships are awarded to students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership skills, and a commitment to community service. In addition to receiving a scholarship award, selected recipients are invited to participate in The ELC’s Honors Symposium, a multi-day professional development experience offering exclusive career development and networking opportunities.



3M Scholarship
- Undergraduate
Sponsored by 3M, this scholarship is awarded to high-achieving undergraduate students who are enrolled in an accredited four-year college pursuing a career in business, engineering or technology. This scholarship opportunity is open to rising sophomores and juniors.
Scholarship awardees will receive a two-year, need-based scholarship in the amount of $10,000 per year to assist with educational expenses for the upcoming academic year(s). The scholarship will be paid directly to the awardees’ college and will be disbursed in equal amounts for the fall and spring semesters. Scholars will be required to resubmit their transcripts and meet the GPA criteria at the end of the academic year to renew the award for the subsequent academic year(s), if applicable. Scholars must remain in good standing with the scholarship sponsor for renewal.
Eligible Institutions: Any four-year accredited college or university
GPA Requirement: 3.0 GPA or higher


Alvaro L. Martins Scholarship
- Undergraduate
The Alvaro L. Martins Scholarship was created in honor of The Executive Leadership Council’s first President and CEO and noted founding member. The Alvaro L. Martins Scholarship is awarded to ambitious undergraduate and graduate male students who are enrolled in an accredited four-year college. This scholarship opportunity is open to rising sophomores, juniors and graduate students.
Scholarship awardees will receive a two-year, need-based scholarship in the amount of $10,000 per year to assist with educational expenses for the upcoming academic year(s). The scholarship will be paid directly to the awardees’ college and will be disbursed in equal amounts for the fall and spring semesters. Scholars will be required to resubmit their transcripts and meet the GPA criteria at the end of the academic year to renew the award for the subsequent academic year(s), if applicable.

Ann Fudge Scholarship
- Undergraduate
Named for the first woman chair of The Executive Leadership Council and former chairman and CEO of Young & Rubicam Brands, the Ann Fudge Scholarship is awarded to ambitious undergraduate female students who are enrolled in an accredited four-year college.This scholarship opportunity is open to rising sophomores, juniors, seniors or graduate students.
Scholarship awardees will receive a two-year, need-based scholarship in the amount of $10,000 per year to assist with educational expenses for the upcoming academic year(s). The scholarship will be paid directly to the awardees’ college and will be disbursed in equal amounts for the fall and spring semesters. Scholars will be required to resubmit their transcripts and meet the GPA criteria at the end of the academic year to renew the award for the subsequent academic year(s), if applicable.

Chevron Executive Leadership Council Scholarship
- Undergraduate
Sponsored by Chevron, this scholarship is awarded to high achieving undergraduate students enrolled in an accredited four-year college pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Civil Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. This scholarship opportunity is open to rising sophomores.
Scholarship awardees will receive a three-year, need-based scholarship in the amount of $15,000 per year to assist with educational expenses for the upcoming academic year(s). The scholarship will be paid directly to the awardees’ college and will be disbursed in equal amounts for the fall and spring semesters. Scholars will be required to resubmit their transcripts and meet the GPA criteria at the end of the academic year to renew the award for the subsequent academic year(s). Scholars must remain in good standing with the scholarship sponsor for renewal.
Eligible Institutions: Any four-year accredited college or university
GPA Requirement: 3.2 GPA or higher


Coca-Cola’s Award for Excellence in Business Commentary
- Undergraduate
Sponsored by The Coca-Cola Foundation, this scholarship is awarded to high-achieving undergraduate students who are enrolled in an accredited four-year college. This scholarship opportunity is open to rising juniors and seniors.
Scholarship awardees will receive a one-time, need-based scholarship in the amount of $10,000 per year to assist with educational expenses for the upcoming academic year(s). The scholarship will be paid directly to the awardees’ college and will be disbursed in equal amounts for the fall and spring semesters.
Eligible Institutions: Any four-year accredited college or university
GPA Requirement: 2.8 GPA or higher


Ecolab Scholarship

Sponsored by Ecolab, this scholarship is awarded to high-achieving undergraduate students who are enrolled in an accredited four-year college pursuing a career in engineering or technology. This scholarship opportunity is open to rising sophomores and juniors.
