Bryce Anderson is an Honors International Business major at Howard University with a passion for the global economy and empowering small Black-owned businesses. Aspiring to excel in consultancy and investment banking, Bryce brings a blend of leadership, intellectual curiosity, and adaptability. Active in Howard’s vibrant community through organizations like Scholars of Finance, Consulting Club, and the Black Venture Capital Consortium, he is committed to fostering financial literacy, advancing consulting skills, and promoting diversity in finance. In addition to this mark at Howard, Bryce is also committed to fulfilling his moral duties of service, committing numerous hours to being a volunteer at Junior Achievement of Greater Washington, teaching children the importance of financial literacy and accountability. Hailing from Jersey City, NJ, he’s on a mission to create opportunities for local entrepreneurs, aiming to drive meaningful change in the world of finance.

Chinonso is a first-generation Nigerian-American at Rutgers University-Newark pursuing degrees in finance and economics while minoring in social justice through the Honors Living-Learning Community (HLLC). Upon graduation, he plans to explore where finance and social equity intersect. Chinonso has interned with The Baupost Group, a hedge fund in Boston, Massachusetts, and will join Accenture in Strategy and Consulting for Summer 2024. Chinonso’s passion extends beyond his own professional growth as he is the Founder and President of The Rutgers Black Professionals Network (BPN), an organization created to provide a platform for students of color of all disciplines that fosters leadership and professional development opportunities. Additionally, he has served as a peer mentor and is currently a member of the Men’s Basketball Team, Student Managed Fund, and The Institute for Responsible Citizenship. In his free time, Chinonso enjoys telling stories, hiking, modeling, and listening to Nigerian music.

Keyla Arrechea is a Computer Information Systems major from the Bay Area, California attending Howard University. She is a HU Founders scholar and passionate about the culmination of technology and business and hopes to work in tech after graduating. During her career she has interned at Deloitte as a Discovery 1 intern. She demonstrates leadership by serving as a Team Leader for the 21st Century Advantage Program in Howard University’s School of Business. She is a part of the support team for the Coding Collaborative. Keyla also deeply values professional development and participated in programs like Bain & Company s Consulting Kickstart Program, NVIDIA s Summer Bridge Program, and Expedition EY. Keyla is committed to fostering future leaders, being a lifelong learner and hopes to use her skills to change the world.

Marlee Avril is a driven student pursuing a PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences at Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University. Her academic achievements include Dean’s List recognition, FAMU Pathways to Successful Biomedical Careers Award, BSPS Leadership and Research Scholarship, and the 2nd Place Award at the 2023 FAMU Undergraduate Research Symposium. Marlee has gained hands-on experience through internships at Eli Lilly & Company and research fellowships with Merck/Bristol Myers Squibb, focusing on breast cancer therapeutics. Complementing her academic endeavors, Marlee has volunteered in the Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare system, enhancing patient care in the ICU and cancer center pharmacy settings. Additionally, she served as a volunteer for the Haitian American Nurses Association in Florida and Georgia, leading fundraising efforts and distributing relief supplies to communities affected by natural disasters. With a passion for pharmaceutical science and a commitment to community service, Marlee exemplifies leadership and dedication in both her academic and extracurricular pursuits.

Jaidan Beal

Jaidan Beal is an upcoming fourth-year student at the University of Georgia pursuing a major in marketing and a certificate in legal studies. Jaidan is a heavily active student in both her college and the greater Athens Community. At the University of Georgia, Jaidan serves as the President of the National Pan-Hellenic Council, the High School Outreach Chair for the Georgia Daze Minority Recruitment Program, a Terry Ambassador for the Terry College of Business, and is an active member of the Zeta Psi chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. Her relevant work experience includes working as a marketing extern for the companies Taja Beverages and MK Hustle Sports & Entertainment, interning as a Talent Development intern for the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, and interning as the UGA Athletics Recruiting Specialist with the University of Georgia Football Department. Jaidan Beal is a current Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) Career Prep Fellow and a T. Howard Foundation Member. Her notable honors include being a Zell Miller Scholarship recipient, being a 2021 CTAE Golden Eagle for Houston County, and being on the Terry College of Business Dean’s List.

Jordan Benjamin is a third-year University of Georgia student pursuing a bachelor’s in marketing with a minor in French. During Jordan’s time on campus, she has gotten involved in the Student Alumni Council, Black Business Student Association, and American Marketing Association. Furthermore, Jordan is a Resident Assistant this year and is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. During Jordan’s time in the American Marketing Association, Jordan served as a project manager. In this role, Jordan led a team during a semester-long project of recreating the marketing strategy for a real company called Deadwood Guitars. Jordan is also proud to have interned at Advocacy Wealth Management in the summer of 2022. There, Jordan gained experience in numerous departments including financial consulting, human resources, marketing, and operations.
