The Gala Week room block group rate at the Marriott Marquis will be available through September 9, 2024, or while inventory lasts. We encourage you to book your room(s) as soon as possible to take advantage of these exclusive savings.

Once all group rate rooms have been reserved, any remaining rooms will be made available at the property’s best available rate.

Hotel Block Update

We appreciate your interest in hotel accommodations for ELC’s Gala Week (Oct. 1-2, 2024) and The ELC Recognition Gala (Oct. 3, 2024). After confirming availability with the Marriott Marquis, we regret to inform you that they are presently fully booked and unable to fulfill your company’s request.

We are actively collaborating with our partners at the Marriott Marquis to continuously monitor their room availability. Although we have made efforts to accommodate your request, the hotel is at capacity.

In the meantime, we’ve provided alternative accommodation options for your consideration. Please be aware that The ELC has not secured a group booking with any of these overflow properties, so room rates will be based on each property’s best available rate at the time of booking.
