About the Conference
This year’s focus Transformational Trouble: Strategies for Influence, Innovation and Disruption for Corporate Excellence, will feature practical applications of leadership competencies through case study reviews, networking opportunities and candid conversations. Session for both events will feature ELC’s elite membership – the best Black business leaders operating at the highest levels of the Fortune 500. Sessions will offer thoughtful insights around critical competencies foundational to executive ascension in particular, financial oversight, leading change initiatives, effective communication, and cultivating influence.
