What To Expect?

POWW 2025 includes 8 sessions organized into two tracks—one track focused on the needs of high-performing individual contributors, and another focused on the needs of people leaders. POWW participants can attend sessions from either track based on their developmental needs and priorities.

Sessions will feature ELC members — business leaders operating at the highest levels of the Fortune 500— as subject-matter experts sharing the guiding strategies and actionable tactics they learned on their way to the top. POWW 2025 will feature two sessions (one designed for individual contributors, and one designed for people leaders) on each of the four POWW 2025 content pillars: business acumen, leading change initiatives, effective communication, and cultivating influence.

Sessions will be conducted as moderated fireside chats where, via candid conversations, speakers will share the guiding strategies and actionable tactics that helped them achieve corporate success. Additionally, speakers will take live questions from POWW 2025 attendees.

In addition to attending sessions, POWW 2025 participants will have opportunities to connect with other attendees through curated networking activities and engage with The ELC’s sponsors and corporate partners via our virtual Expo area.
