Power of Women at Work (POWW) is a one-day virtual conference aimed at empowering Black women leaders. This conference offers community connections, skill development, and practical strategies to help them navigate their professional journeys in culturally and personally authentic ways.

What Can You Expect?

This year’s focus Transformational Trouble: Strategies for Influence, Innovation and Disruption for Corporate Excellence, will feature practical applications of leadership competencies through case study reviews, networking opportunities and candid conversations.

Sessions will feature The ELC’s elite membership – the best Black business leaders operating at the highest levels of the Fortune 500.

Sessions will offer thoughtful insights around critical competencies foundational to executive ascension in particular, financial oversight, leading change initiatives, effective communication, and cultivating influence.
