Jennifer Vasquez is Director, Governance & Board Operations for The Executive Leadership Council (ELC). She is responsible for managing the governance matters of the organization, working directly with the Board of Directors and President & CEO.

Jennifer joined The Executive Leadership Council in 2008, first working in the Member Services department where her responsibilities included program management, member relations, and event planning. She then joined the Executive Officer and served as Chief of Staff.

Prior to joining The ELC, Jennifer was a corporate analyst for New Media Strategies, where she worked with blue-chip clients on marketing and reputational risk management.

Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Virginia and holds a certificate of Nonprofit Board Education from BoardSource.
