Audrey Taylor leads The ELC Academy in every aspect of the design, development, marketing, business development, execution, and evaluation of offerings that support the entire life cycle of the global Black executive. These offerings include leadership development programs, related consulting services, coaching, and research.
Prior to joining The ELC, Audrey served as Managing Director and North America Leader of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) practice at Kincentric, a Spencer Stuart company. Audrey was Vice President of Consulting Services for Catalyst, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to creating workplaces that work for women, where she spent two years building consulting capability to help companies create actionable, data-driven DEI strategies.
She served as Vice President of Advisory Services at Gartner (formerly Corporate Executive Board, CEB), where she contributed to best practice research and architected peer-to-peer learning experiences for C-suite executives and their teams across CEB’s HR and IT practices.
Audrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration from Stanford University.
She served on the board of Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington from 2013 to 2020.
